What do you need in a property? Use the questions below to guide you to the property that best meets your needs, and jump straight to a listing that fits the specific criteria by clicking on the links below the questions. While additional rentals are available through our office, we hope this website will help you find the ideal place in which to live. When you call our office, simply tell us which properties you're interested in, and we'll get you settled more quickly.
How many people are renting the property? Some properties can only accommodate a certain number of tenants. For the information below, the number of tenants refers to the total number of persons, including infants, living in the unit.

Do you have pets? When available, a listing of properties that allow pets will be listed on the "Have Pets" page.
Where do you want to live? We have units that are within walking distance to the ASU campus, as well as units that are on AppalCART routes or farther out in Watauga County. Please browse these categories to determine the location of your preferred rental unit.

How many parking spaces do you need? Because of the limited amount of space surrounding some buildings, unlimited parking is not available for tenants of all units. Some units have a pre-set number of parking places; others are contingent upon the number of people living in the unit. Please review this list to determine your parking needs.
